1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through our online store hosted on Shopify (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

 

 

2. Our Products

  • All products are printed on demand by our fulfilment partner, Lulu.

  • Colours, design layouts, and print quality may vary slightly from on-screen images due to differences in monitors and printing processes.

  • Each item is made specifically for you once your order is placed.

 

 

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept payment via the methods offered at checkout (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly — please check your details carefully before confirming your purchase.

 

 

4. Delivery

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and production location.

  • We aim to route orders to the nearest Lulu printing facility to minimise delivery time and customs charges, but we cannot guarantee this in every case.

  • For EU customers:

    • Under €150 → VAT is collected at checkout, no extra charges on delivery.

    • Over €150 → Import VAT and a handling fee may apply on delivery.

    • Orders shipped from within the EU arrive with no customs charges.

    • Orders shipped from outside the EU:

  • Any delivery dates provided are estimates only.

 

 


5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet begun. Once printing starts, cancellations are not possible.

 

 

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders (outside the UK):

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that apply, unless otherwise stated.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

 

 

7. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect shipping information provided by you

  • Customs delays or charges

  • Minor variations in colour or appearance due to printing processes

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

 

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
